Our Occupational Therapy team can provide you with specialist advice and support to enable you to live your life as independently and easily as possible. Occupational Therapy sessions are focused on enabling you to gain skills to manage the impact of your individual health and wellbeing challenges, so that you can regain access to everyday activities that matter to you the most.

Your GP based Occupational Therapy service may be able to offer you advice and therapy led sessions for:

  • Fibromyalgia management
  • Chronic Fatigue management
  • Chronic Pain management
  • Low level anxiety related to day-to-day task completion
  • Returning to work
  • Support with managing low mood
  • Energy conservation
  • Managing your arthritis
  • Sleep hygiene
